Contracting Works

Renewal of windows and doors: This includes replacing damaged or ineffective windows and doors with new units, while carrying out the necessary installation work and ensuring thermal and sound insulation.
Repair and renovation of electrical and plumbing systems: This includes repairing faults and replacing damaged components in the electrical and plumbing systems within the building. This may require re-pulling electrical cords or repairing pipes, faucets and toilets.
HVAC System Repair: This involves repairing or replacing damaged units in HVAC systems, cleaning ducts and filters, and performing regular maintenance to maintain good performance.
Improving thermal and sound insulation: Insulation works can be carried out to improve energy efficiency and reduce the transfer of heat and sound between the interior and the exterior. These works may include installing thermal insulation, double glazing and soundproof doors.
Repairing plumbing defects: This includes repairing leaks in water and sewage pipes and repairing malfunctions in bathrooms, toilets, and sinks.
